Catholic Bishops Still Have "Moral Authority"?

Who knew?
Tell it to the victims of sexual abuse.
If the Bishops don't like living under American Law, they might consider not using it to avoid paying the abused by declaring bankruptcy.
They're bankrupt without a doubt, but it has nothing to do with the status of their wealth.
