Catholic Bishops Still Have "Moral Authority"?

Who knew?
Tell it to the victims of sexual abuse.

They're bankrupt without a doubt, but it has nothing to do with the status of their wealth.

Helena,
Your advice has been most useful. Tell me, what chapter does one file under for moral bankruptcy and will the bishop get to keep his bell?
