This blog will include my unkempt thoughts on science, politics, music, wombats and cats. Breaks will be allowed for attending to your real job, naps, thirst and fatigue. Greetings.

Music for long hours observing Saturn

Saturn hovers in the western sky after dark these days. Few objects compare to the ringed-one in any aperture telescope.
What's playing in my headphones in these cold inky hours you ask?

Arvo Part: Fratres
Henryk Gorecki: Quasi una fantasia
Phillip Glass: Violin Concerto

... and of course, to celebrate tiny Mimas, from time to time one must put on some Crash Test Dummies:

Who put whitey
in the white house?

you did baby
you did!

greetings
